The villa is at walking distance from the beach of Cala de Flores ( 400 mt. ), the New Marina and the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, which annually organizes some of the most important regattas of the Mediterranean.

La villa è a distanza pedonale dalla spiaggia di Cala de Flores 2, ( 400 mt.) dalla Nuova Marina e dallo Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, che ogni anno organizza alcune delle più importanti regate del Mediterraneo.
